Basic

These Terms of Use are created between the webhosting service provider (GLOBALHOST d.o.o., hereinafter referred to as Globalhost) and the service user who may be any legal or natural person (hereinafter referred to as the USER). The following terms and conditions of use are necessary to ensure the highest quality of service to all our customers, while meeting our legal and moral obligations. Failure to comply with any of the following conditions will result in the suspension of your account without notice.

 

Illegal use

Our servers are intended for use by legally permitted activities. The transmission, storage, distribution of information, data or material in violation of any laws or regulations is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or right used without authorization and material that is inurban, abusive, unlawful, or in violation of export control laws. Examples of unacceptable content or links:

  • Pirate programs
  • Hacker programs or archives
  • Warez pages
  • MP3
  • IRC bots

The User of our Services agrees to indemnify and not blame Globalhost for any claims arising out of the use of the Services in such a way as to harm the Subscriber or any other party. Globalhost is the only one who decides what violates these rules.

 

Excessive use

The “shared webhosting” user agrees that none of their web hosting accounts will take more than:

● 15% of processors for more than one hour continuously
● 15% working memory for more than one hour continuously
● 15% of network I / O resources for more than one hour continuously
● 15% disk I / O resources for more than one hour continuously
● 200 concurrent connections to the HTTP service

 

Unlimited Hosting

The Unlimited Hosting package is based on fair use and the fair basis is defined by the experience of the users of that package. This means that the utilization of our resources must not be drastically higher than the utilization achieved by the existing users of the said package. The “Unlimited Hosting” package may not be used for the following purposes:

● Content streaming (different from the content of your website)
● Edit very large photo galleries
● Store large numbers of uncompressed or large digital photos
● Public online FTP
● Distribute a large number of audio or video files, such as MP3 files
● Online backups (eg, backup of your PC, laptop, and / or other files not directly related to your website)

The user of Unlimited Web Hosting agrees that Globalhost d.o.o. may remove any unauthorized or inappropriate materials from our server at any time, without notice, if the user has violated any of the above rules. Unlimited Hosting User agrees that Globalhost d.o.o. may delete the following files if those files overuse disk space, especially if such action adversely affects other users:

● cPanel, or other backup located locally
● Softaculous backup located locally
● Softaculous backup temp file
● CMS backups located locally
● CMS backup temp file
● CMS backup logs
● Error logs of excessive size

Any other oversized files that are not essential to the basic functionality of the website, or that do not contain high-value data.

 

IRC

We do not currently allow the use of IRC, Egg Drops, BNC, or IRC bots on our servers. Guidance files on IRC or any of the above are prohibited. Likewise, any program that acts as an irc server or provides chat services in the background is not allowed.

 

Proxy

We do not allow any proxy servers on the leased Shared webhosting service, either for personal or business use. Files that act or act as a proxy, or with proxy guidelines, or anything similar are prohibited.

 

Background processes and illegal scripts

Shared webhosting services do not allow background programs and scripts such as:
● IRC servers
● Traffic Exchange, HitLeap, Automated Browsing, Crawlers, iMarcos, AutoSurf …
● Email Marketing / Mass Mailing
● Audio / Video Streaming
● Investment sites (HYIP, FOREX, E-Gold Exchange, Second Life / Linden Exchange, Ponzi, MLM / Pyramid Scheme)
● Bank Debentures / Bank Debenture Trading Programs
● MUDs / RPGs / PBBGs
● Fraudulent / Phishing / Website Replicas
● Cryptocurrency mining programs
● zPanel / Sentora / Kloxo Panel
● DDoS-pro applications or booters / flood scripts / IP spoofing programs
● IP Scanners / Port Scanners or Bruteforce Programs
● Open DNS resolvers or recursors
● Cracking tools

 

UCE (Unsolicited Commerce Email) or SPAM

Spamming, or sending a large amount of unwanted e-mail, from or through a server hosted by Globalhost, or the use of an e-mail address served by Globalhost is completely prohibited.
